I'm both thrilled and overwhelmed to have been nominated in the 'Phoenix Award' category. As the title implies, it is in recognition of someone who, despite adversity, has risen from the ashes, using the experience to benefit others. On the 30th October I visited Powderham Castle, an awe inspiring location, in which I discovered I was through to the final!! 

Watch this space for the outcome, to be announced on Friday 1st December at a Gala Dinner & Dance award ceremony in Plymouth.
