This video has been timed to coincide with the eighth Special Commission meeting (October 2023) on the Practical Operation of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention. Only 'invited' delegates can attend. Do they really have a handle on the situation? Do they care enough to make the necessary changes? Are they going to take The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 into account in future provisions or are they going to continue to violate basic Human Rights?
